There has been some reports on the Sky Sports website which claim that Vitesse Arnhem are planning on keeping target Wilfried Bony.
It is no secret that we have been heavily linked with a move for the 24-year-old as he has been mightily impressive in the last few seasons.
And considering eh has hit 22-goals this season already, we would be doing a good bit of business if we landed him in the summer.
However, Vitesse’s interim director Erwin Kasakowski remains hopeful the striker will stay.
As quoted on Sky Sports he said: “He leaves every day after training. Then he goes home. The next day he comes back, also as one of the first.
“No, I do not think he leaves. Up to this moment we have received no serious offer.”
The man has great potential and would be a good signing for anyone with his goal-scoring record. And although we would like to see Radamel Falcao or another world class striker arrive at the club. We would probably be better off not spending loads on one player and actually buying two or three that will add to the squad.
